Monterey sausage pie

Incredibly Easy to making, this sage & onion pie recipe was creat . The addition of sauce adds a touch light spice to traditional flavours. Serving with two servings of your favourite vegetables.

Monterey Sausage Pie – A cheesy mixture of eggs, sausage, and other staples is great for dinner or breakfast!

We love this hearty and comforting sausage pie recipe. It features classic British flavors including sweet sage and tangy English mustard, and is delicious with a hint of horseradish puree.


°1 pound pork sausage

°3 teaspoons mince garlic

°2 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided

°1 cup milk

°3 whole eggs

°Cups of biscuit/pastry mix

°¾ teaspoons sage rub

°Half tsp pepper

*How to make:

In  skillet, cook the sausage on medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 more minute. sink. My heart 2 cups of cheese. Transfer to a greased 9-inch deep pie plate.

In a small bowl, combine milk, eggs, cookie mix, sage, and pepper. Pour on sausage mixture.

Baking at 400°F for 20 to 25 mn or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Sprinkling with the rest cheese. cook 1 to 2 mn or to cheese melts. Leave it for 10 minutes before slicing.
