Pour a large can of crushed pineapple with the juice into a bowl, sprinkle a small can of instant dry jello pudding mix on top, mix well. it will be a thick consistency. Then fold in 1 small jar of fresh whisk….mix well….I use cheese flavored pudding so it’s like pineapple cheesecake and also crush the biscotti biscuits and put toss them at the bottom and sprinkle them for extra flavor.
°1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
°1 package (3.4 oz.) Instant Vanilla Pudding
°1 cup thawed whipped topping
Combined pineapple also dry pudding mix. Gently stir in whip topping. Refrigerate one hour before serving.
