*Ingredients
1 pound turkey sausage
1 onion, peel and chop
3 sized russet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
teaspoon fine sea salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
How to prepare
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with tin foil, also spray with cooking spray, then set aside.
Step 2:
Cut the sausage into round slices, chop the onion and potatoes into equal size and add the sausage pieces, onions and potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then mix with your hands until evenly distributed.
Step 3:
In a frying pan, pour the mixture into it and distribute the sausage and potatoes. Place in the hot oven and roast for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until potatoes are golden and brown, turning every 15 minutes.
The fourth step:
Remove from fire and serve.
