Ingredients
Cumin (Moroccan cumin)

Garlic
5g, powder
chili powder

Paprika

Beef steak, raw
500 g, 4 flank steaks
Oil
2 cc
Pepper, any color
2 medium(s), 1 red and 1 yellow
Zucchini
1 piece(s), halved lengthwise and sliced
Red onion
2 medium(s), sliced
Black pepper
1 hint(s)
Salt
1 quantity of your choice
- Methods :
In a bowl, combine the cumin, garlic, salt and pepper, chili powder, paprika and cinnamon. Brush the steak (flank steak) with 1 tsp of oil and 1 tbsp of the spice mix and set aside.
Toss the vegetables in a large bowl with the remaining oil and spice mix.
Heat the oven rack to the top level.
Place the steak on a large drip pan (or an oiled frying pan) covered with aluminum foil and surround it with the vegetables.
Grill the steak (about 10 minutes medium or more depending on your taste), turning it over halfway through cooking. Placing it on a cutting board also cover.
Toss the vegetables on the grill pan and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes under the broiler, so that they are crunchy. Meanwhile, cut the steak into thin slices and serve with the vegetables.
