One of first things I learned when I embarked on my budget food journey was how simply & affordable soup can be to eat, stirring and stir. Homemade soups are simply to make & are always much tastier than store-bought canned soup.
This beef soup is great example. It’s packed with colorful vegetables, a ground beef filling, and the tastiest gravy ever. Serving with a nice bread for dipping & lunch is serve!
This soup combines ground beef, potatoes, tomatoes, peas, corn, carrots, & green beans in a flavor broth.
To making this soup a little easier, I use froz vegetable mix to reduce amount of peeling also chopping need to making soup. This make this beef vegetable soup very simply & easy.
