°1 homemade dough or pure commercial butter or 200 g of sweet pastry
°2 eggs
°50 grams of sugar
° 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
° 4 tablespoons full of heavy cream
° 2 tablespoons of ground almonds
° 3 large golden apples
°30g of semi-salted butter
°15 g of vanilla sugar
° powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
* Methods :
Heat oven to 180 ° C
Wash and peel the apples, then cut them into cubes and sprinkle them with lemon juice so that they do not turn black.
In a skillet, melt the semi-salted butter. Add the apples and vanilla sugar and stir for a few minutes. Remove from heat and set aside at room temperature.
In a bowl, break the eggs, add the sugar and the vanilla extract, then whisk until the mixture whitens. Add the cream and mix well. Then add the ground almonds. Mix well. Great book.
Roll out the pancake dough, put it in a cake pan (greased and floured) and prick the bottom with a fork. Arrange the apples and cover with the Norman cream.
Cooking about 20 to 25 minutes. Check that the patty is cooked with the tip of the knife: there should be no more moisture on the blade.
Once the pancake is well done and golden, place it on a wire rack. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the pie, if desired.
