1 pound fresh cored pineapple
⅓ cup light brown sugar, tightly packed
½ cup salted sweet cream butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground allspice
Instructions
Slice the pineapple into ½-inch rings. Slice the rings into quarters and pat dry.
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F. Lightly spray the air fryer basket. Set it aside.
Add the brown sugar, melted butter, and allspice to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Stir until well incorporated.
Toss the sliced pineapple in the brown sugar mixture to coat completely.
