Creamy Cheeseburger Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup each: chopped onion, diced celery, shredded carrots
2 tbsp butter
3 cups chicken broth
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp each: dried parsley flakes, basil
4 cups diced potatoes
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
12 oz cubed pepper jack Velveeta cheese
1.5 cups milk
1/4 cup sour cream
