Slow Cooker Hawaiian Chicken has a sweet and tangy sauce with onions and green peppers! Great over brown rice with
steamed green vegetables.
- 1 can of crushed pineapple
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (it doesn’t have to be Hawaiian-style, honey BBQ sauce would work, too)
- 2-4 boneless chicken breasts (or as many as you need for your family)
- Mix the BBQ sauce and pineapple together in a bowl.
- Place the chicken in the crockpot.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on low heat for 5-6 hours.
