Baked Chicken Thighs

Ignited Chicken Shanks is a succulent and veritably simple main dish. These funk shanks have an impeccably crisp skin and redundant juicy meat! They’re perfectly served alongside mashed potatoes or Scalloped Potatoes.


6 bone-in funk shanks with skin (approx. 5-6 ounces each)
2 soup spoons olive canvas
2-3 ladles of funk seasoning or Italian seasoning
swab and pepper to taste


Preheat the roaster to 425 °F. Line a visage with antipode and place a baking rack on top.
Dab funk skin dries with a paper kerchief to remove any humidity.
Mizzle funk with olive canvas and season with seasoning, swab, and pepper.
Place on the rack and singe 35-40 twinkles or until funk reaches 165 °F.
Melee 2-3 twinkles.
