Ingredients: 6 persons
°400 grams of flour.
°45 grams of sugar + 1 bag of vanilla sugar.
°20 grams of fresh baker’s yeast or 2 sachets of instant brioche yeast.
°1/2 teaspoon salt.
°300 ml lukewarm milk.
°2 tablespoons of blossom water.
°50 grams of cooled melted butter.
°100 grams of soft sugar.
* Methods :
In a bowl, add salt, then flour, baking powder and sugar.
Heat the milk in a saucepan and melt the butter in a bain-marie.
Beat the eggs into an omelet.
Mix all the ingredients (including the orange blossom and caster sugar) with a tablespoon in a large bowl until you get a smooth paste.
Pour the mixture into a large, buttered and floured cake tin or brioche tin.
bake 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, increase the temperature to 200 ° C and cook for 35 minutes.
Get out of the oven.
