*ingredients:

°14-15 ounces mushrooms, washed and patted dry

°cream cheese, ½ cup

°Parmesan cheese, half a cup

°Heavy cream, ½ cup

°unsalted butter, 2 tbsp

olive oil, 1 tbsp°

minced fresh g°arlic 2 tsp

°Italian seasoni°ng, 1 tbsp

°oregano, ½ tsp

°1 tsp salt

°black pepper, ½ tsp

°Chopped fresh parsley, half a tablespoon

Over medium-high heat, heat your favorite 12-inch skillet. Add the olive oil, butter, minced garlic, and mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender. This process should take about 5 minutes.
