°1 cup soft butter
°1 cup brown sugar
°1 large egg
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1 1/2 c old-fashioned oats
°c all-purpose flour
°Half a teaspoon of baking soda
°Chocolate chips cup
°A cup of grated coconut
°Half a cup of chopped American walnuts
Preheat oven 350 degrees F & line baking paper with parchment paper.
In mixing bowl, adding soft butter also brown sugar and beat on medium speed for 2 mn. You can also using bowl blender.
Adding eggs also vanilla extract & beat to mixed (scrape side if necessary).
Then adding oats, flour, & baking soda & mix until just barely mixed, being careful not to overmix.
Next, adding chocolate chips, shredded coconut, & chop pecans and stirring them into the dough.
Using cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out 1 tablespoon of dough and placing it on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Baking for 12-14 mn
Allow cookies to cool in pan before storing them in an airtight container.
