+For the cream:
°3 cans of milk cream
°2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
°2 sachets of passion fruit juice powder or a flavor of your choice
+For the ganache:
°1 can of milk cream
°200 grams of dark chocolate, grated
In a blender, mix the milk cream, sweetened condensed milk, and fruit juice powder.
Mix the ingredients for 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Take a glass dish and spread the cream mixture evenly on it.
In a bowl, put the chopped dark chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie or in the microwave. If using a microwave, heat in 30-second intervals to avoid burning, stirring in between.
Add the milk cream to the melted chocolate and mix well until you get a shiny ganache.
Cover the prepared cream with chocolate ganache, evenly distributing it over the surface.
Place the candy in the fridge for at least an hour to allow it to set and thicken.
When the time is up, take the dessert out of the refrigerator.
