*Ingredients list:

°900 grams of small potatoes, cut in halves.

°3 tablespoons of olive oil.

°4 minced garlic cloves.

°1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

°1 teaspoon dried thyme.

°1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary.

°1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme.

°1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste).

°1/4 tsp. black pepper.

*to prepare:

The first step

Prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper or aluminum foil and preheating the oven to 425°F (220°C).

The second phase

Combine halved baby potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl to mix together. To ensure that the mixture is evenly distributed over the potatoes, stir the mixture well.

The third step

Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the prepared baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer. Make sure it’s not too tight, as this will prevent it from roasting evenly and prevent it from getting a crunchy texture.

The fourth step

Place the baking sheet with the potatoes in an oven preheated to 400 degrees and roast the potatoes for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy. Turn them after they’re halfway through the cooking process so they’re evenly browned on both sides.

Fifth step

Once the potatoes have reached the desired level of doneness, remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. This allows them to become more assertive and therefore easier to handle.

Sixth step

Serve roasted potatoes with garlic parmesan as a delicious side dish with your favorite main dish. It pairs well with steak, poultry, or even baked vegetables.

Step seven

To enhance the flavor and appearance of your potatoes, you may choose to garnish with freshly chopped parsley or grated Parmesan cheese as a garnish. This step is optional.

Enjoy !
