Pork Chops Supreme is a family favourite comfort meal. When I was a child, my mother used to make this to entice us and as a reward when we did something beautiful. When I first started cooking and even when I had my own family, it became one of my favorite dishes to cook for my husband and kids.
The recipe is from a Betty Crocker cookbook from the 1960s. When I got married, my mother gave me this cookbook. It was one of first meals I ever made. My husband loved it then, and he still loves it now. And with the children, it was love at first sight the first time they had that.
Pork Chop Supreme is an amazing and delicious recipe that is incredibly easy to make. Do it for your family and friends or just to treat yourself.
