Easy Mexican street corn


°6 ears of fresh sweet corn

°6 tablespoons of mayonnaise

°One teaspoon of garlic powder

°1 cup crumbled Cotija cheese

°6 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh coriander

°1 teaspoon of chili powder

°2 square lemons

*To prepare:

Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Placing corn in husks directly on oven rack. Baking for 35-40 mn 

When corn is cook, combined garlic powder also mayonnaise in a small bowl.

When the corn is soft, brush it with garlic mayonnaise. Roll in cotija cheese.

Sprinkling coriander powder & chili.

Squeeze with fresh lemon juice if desir.
