PEPPERONI PIZZA CASSEROLE –
°1 pound ground beef
°1 pack (8 oz) un-cooked egg noodles
°1 tub (16 ounces) spaghetti sauce, or as needed
°1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives, drained
°1 can (2.5 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
°1 package (8 ounces) sliced pepperoni, coarsely chopped
°20 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Cook ground beef in skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking meat into crumbs as it cooks, about 10 minutes.
Bring pot of lightly salt water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in boiling water until cooked through but slightly firm, about 5 minutes; drain.
Combine noodles with cooked ground beef, spaghetti sauce, black olives, mushrooms, pepperoni and half the mozzarella cheese in a large mixing bowl. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and top with the remaining cheese. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Bake in preheated oven until casserole is bubbly, 30 to 45 minutes.
