Easy pasteis de nata: cream desserts with a unique taste!

Flaky and super delicious!

INGREDIENTS

2 sheets of puff pastry

1 egg

2 egg yolks

50 g (3 tbsp.) sugar

150 ml (3/5 cup) heavy cream

80 ml (1/3 cup) milk

METHOD.

Roll together to form a puff pastry. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Beat the egg, yolk, sugar, cream and milk and leave to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour

Cut the dough into slices and put it in the mold. Pour in the egg mixture obtained

Bake at 420°F/210°C for 23 minutes. Serve.
