1 roll of shortcrust pastry 80 g cornstarch
100 g of sugar 2 sachets of vanilla sugar 2 whole eggs 3/4 l of milk
Preparation.
Spread the shortcrust pastry in a 24/26 cm diameter tart mold. Mix the cornstarch, sugars, eggs added one by one with the milk added slowly in a saucepan. Place on the heat, stirring constantly. Remove from the first boil. Pour the mixture into the tart base and bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a preheated, fairly hot oven (thermostat 6/7).
