INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED:
2 Cups.Of all-purpose flour.
1 Tsp.Of baking soda.
1/2 Tsp.Of salt.
1/2 Tsp.Of ground cinnamon.
1/4 Tsp.Of ground nutmeg (optional).
1/2 Cup.Of unsalted butter, melted.
3/4 Cup.Of granulated sugar.
2 large eggs.
1 Tsp.Of vanilla extract.
3 ripe bananas, mashed.
1/2 Cup.Of chopped walnuts.
PREPARATION:
1st Step:
Prepare your oven by preheating it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Prepare a muffin tray by lining the cups with paper liners or greasing them very lightly.
2nd Step:
Mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg (if using) together in a medium basin using a whisk. Set aside.
3rd Step:
Whisk the melted butter and granulated sugar together in a large mixing bowl until the ingredients are well mixed.
4th Step:
After creaming the butter and sugar together, add the eggs one at a time, mixing the mixture well after each addition. Stir in the essence of vanilla bean.
5th Step:
Add the mashed bananas to the wet ingredients in a slow and steady stream, mixing constantly until they are completely combined. Add the combination of the dry ingredients to the mixture of the wet components little by little while stirring until everything is just blended. It is important to avoid overmixing the batter since doing so might make the muffins thicker.
6th Step:
Incorporate the chopped walnuts in a careful manner, setting aside a tiny quantity to use as a topping for the muffins. Put the batter into the muffin tray that has been prepared, filling each cup to approximately three-quarters of its capacity.
7th Step:
On top of the muffins, sprinkle the saved chopped walnuts and softly press them into the batter so that they are evenly distributed.
8th Step:
Bake the muffins in an oven that has been warmed for about 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick that is put into the middle of a muffin comes out clean.
9th Step:
After the muffins have finished baking, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes while still in the pan. After that, move the cookies to a wire rack to finish cooling entirely. Enjoy their delectable tastes and the varied and interesting textures they provide by serving them at room temperature.
