This is a recipe my mom gave me. She got it from a family friend. They are wonderful, perfect for any citrus lover.
*Ingredients :
° 4 eggs
° 1 lemon pie filling (595 grams)
° 1 lemon pie filling (595 grams)
° 227 grams of cream cheese, softened
° One 130 ml cup containing butter, softened
° A bowl with a capacity of
° 3/5 liters containing powdered sugar
° 1 teaspoon of vanilla
*Preperation
Mix the first 3 ingredients. Pour into a greased jellyroll dish. Bake at 350 ° C for 18 to 20 minutes.
While the bars are cooking, make the cream cheese frosting. Mix the frosting ingredients together. Frost the bars once they are completely cool.
