Ingredients (8 servings)
°1 lb. minced meat
°1 c. Dried rosemary
°1 teaspoon garlic powder
°1 chopped onion
°A cup of heavy whipping cream
°Half a cup of beef broth
°°A box of cream of mushroom soup
°5 peeled potatoes, finely chopped
°1 1/2 cups grated cheese
°Salt and pepper to taste
*How to make :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9″ x 13″ baking dish well.
Cook the meat and onions over medium-high heat on the stovetop until the onions are soft and the meat is brown. Drain off excess fat.
In a bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, broth, rosemary, garlic powder, Cream of Mushroom Soup, and salt and pepper to taste. stir until combined.
Spread half of the potato in the bottom of the baking dish.
Add half of the soup mixture and half of the meat mixture.
Repeat the process with another layer of potatoes, half of the soup, and the rest of the meat mixture.
Top with remaining soup mixture, then shredded cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
