*Ingredients:
°2 slice bread (white, wheat, sourdough or any other type you prefer)
°2-3 slice cheese (Cheddar, Swiss, Gouda, etc.)
°1-2 tsp butter
*Methods:
Heat nonstick skillet on medium heat.
Spreading butter evenly on one side of every slice of bread.
Placing slice of bread, buttered side down, on pan.
Spreading cheese tranches on top of the bread in pan.
Placing second slice of bread, buttered side up, on the cheese.
Bake to bottom slice of bread is golden brown & cheese has begun to melt, for 3 to 5 minutes.
flip the sandwich using a spatula.
Baking until second slice of bread is golden brown also cheese is melted, another 3 to 5 minutes.
Removing from pan also let cool for a minute or two.
Cut in half, if desired, and serve hot.
