Tzatziki Chicken & Veggie Naan Pizza

 

 

 

Ingredients:

2 naan breads

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish

 

 

Directions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

 

 

Prepare the Naan:

Place the naan breads on a baking sheet and brush each lightly with olive oil.

 

Assemble the Pizza:

Spread half of the tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan.

Top each naan with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.

 

 

Add Seasoning and Cheese:

Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top of the toppings.

Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

 

Bake the Pizza:

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the naan is crispy and the toppings are heated through.

 

 

 

Finish and Garnish:

Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining tzatziki sauce.

 

 

Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
