Ingredients
– 8 oz spaghetti
– 2 large eggs, beaten
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup butter, melted
– 1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
– 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage, cooked and drained
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and toss with eggs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Press the spaghetti mixture into the pie dish to form a crust.
3. Spread the ricotta or cottage cheese evenly over the spaghetti crust.
4. In a medium bowl, combine marinara sauce, cooked beef or sausage, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Spread this mixture over the ricotta layer.
5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
7. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
