1 mango, diced

1/4 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Lime-Chili Sauce:

 

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sriracha

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

For the Bowls:

1 cup cooked rice

1/2 avocado, sliced

Instructions:

Prepare the Shrimp:

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
