Creamy Fruit and Biscuit Dessert

 

Ingredients:

 

2 cups of heavy cream (or whipped cream)

 

1 can of sweetened condensed milk (400g)

 

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

 

2 cups of mixed fruits (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, or any fruit of choice)

 

200g of biscuits or graham crackers

 

Optional: 1/2 cup of milk for dipping the biscuits

 

Instructions:

 

Prepare the Cream Mixture:

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

 

Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until fully combined.

 

Prepare the Fruits:

Chop the fruits into small pieces.

 

Layer the Dessert:

In a rectangular or oval dish, spread a thin layer of the cream mixture at the bottom.

 

Add a layer of biscuits (dip them quickly in milk if you want them softer).

 

Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the biscuits.

 

Add a layer of fruits.

 

Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.

 

Chill:

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the layers to set.

 

Serve:

Scoop and serve chilled.
