Thai Chicken Stir Fry with Green Beans

Ingredients:
1 pound (450 g) chicken breast, thinly sliced

3 cups green beans, trimmed

1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar (Stevia)
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fresh Thai basil leaves, loosely packed (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
Thinly slice the chicken breast into bite-sized strips.
Wash and trim the green beans.
2. Heat the Pan:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Cook the Chicken:
