Ingredients:

 

2 lbs ground beef

 

1 medium onion

 

2 medium carrots

 

4 medium russet potatoes

 

4 tablespoons tomato paste

 

1 tablespoon onion powder

 

1 tablespoon garlic powder

 

1 teaspoon dried oregano

 

2 beef bouillon cubes

 

2 cups hot water

 

4 drops Worcestershire sauce

 

Instructions:

 

Brown the ground beef and transfer it to the slow cooker.

 

Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots, adding them to the slow cooker.

 

Chop the onion and add it as well.

 

Sprinkle the oregano, onion powder, and garlic powder over the ingredients.

 

Mix the tomato paste, hot water, crumbled beef bouillon cubes, and Worcestershire sauce. Ensure everything is well dissolved.

 

Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker, mixing gently.

 

Add more hot water if necessary to cover the ingredients.

 

Cook on low heat for 7 hours.

 

For a thicker stew, mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with water to create a slurry and stir into the stew in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
