Chicken and Dumblins

ingredients:

 

°1 chicken

°2-3 packets Pillsbury biscuits (small biscuits, not larger biscuits like Grandes)

°Chicken Cream Soup

°Half a cup of flour

°Salt and pepper to taste

 

* Directions :

 

Remove the giblets from the chicken and discard it, wash the chicken

Chicken with pepper and salt

Put the chicken in a saucepan, cover with water, and boil until the chicken is cooked through (about 45 minutes).

When the chicken is cooked, take it out and let it cool

Save all the meat from the chicken

While the chicken is cooling, open the crackers and roll out each piece (I just crush them with my hands)

Dip or scrape the biscuits in the flour, then cut each piece into 4 pieces (I use my kitchen scissors)

Add the cream of chicken soup to the broth, then put the biscuits and let it cook while you pull the meat from the chicken.

Add chicken, salt and pepper to taste.
