Ingredients :

 A head of cauliflower.

– A head of broccoli.

– A tablespoon of organic olive oil.

– A tablespoon of minced garlic.

– A chopped shallot.

– 65 centiliters of sugar-free almond milk.

– 50 grams of grated parmesan.

– A quarter of a spoonful of sea salt.

– Pepper to taste.

Preparation :
