Homemade mash is very easy to make, and so good…This recipe is the classic, old fashioned mash recipe, no heavy cream or liquid cream, nothing but good potatoes, a little milk, salted butter, everything well seasoned and you’re done. You’ll get a super soft, smooth, creamy and delicious puree: the perfect puree to enjoy on Sunday with the family! From now on, mashed potatoes are not mentioned!

700 g
°creamy milk
100 ml
°half salt butter
70 grams
°coconut pulp
1 pinch
°pepper
°salt
- Preparation :
1 Choose potatoes that are roughly the same size. Cook them in a large saucepan filled with boiling water.
2 Once cooked, drain and peel (be careful, it’s hot!) mash using a vegetable grinder (choose the best mesh).
3 Meanwhile, heat the milk in a small saucepan. Once it warms up, add it to the mash and mix everything together with a dough hook.
to end
Mix the shredded butter while whisking. Finish the seasoning with nutmeg, a pinch of freshly ground pepper and fleur de sel. Feet it right away.
