INGREDIENTS
°3 cucumbers peel & thinly slice
°1/2 red onion sliced
°15 ml (1 tbsp.) salt
°125 ml (1/2 c) sour cream
°5 ml (1 tbsp.) lemon juice
°30 ml (2 tbsp.) chop dill
°pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
In salad bowl, placing slices of cucumber also red onion. Salt also stir well. Leave to cool for 15 min.
In bowl, mix sour cream with lemon juice & dill. Pepper also stir.
