I am so happy to share this recipe with you because it is the perfect Christmas morning breakfast dish. I definitely can’t take credit for this recipe, it’s the one I got from my boyfriend a few years ago, whose mom used to make it every Christmas morning. I thought it looked so easy and perfect for a Christmas breakfast or brunch.

This recipe is a classic Christmas recipe that has become a tradition for us because it’s delicious and the best part is that you can make it the night before and the next morning, all you have to do is bake and enjoy.

This recipe is great because it’s so versatile that you can customize it to your tastes and preferences and add whatever kind of pork you like or skip the pork and add vegetables for a vegetarian version.

°1teaspoon of mustard powder

°1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
