Ingredients:
3/4 cup of margarine tea
1/2 tea cup of sugar
1 egg
2 cups of wheat flour
margarine to grease the pan
Filling: 1 cup of chopped guava tea
2 tablespoons of water
Preparation mode:
Beat the margarine and sugar until creamy. Add the egg.
Add the wheat flour and mix with your hands until you get a homogeneous dough.
Divide the dough in half, open it and roll it up like a roll.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
Remove, cut into slices and place in the greased pan.
Bake in a preheated medium oven until golden brown (about 8 minutes, but it depends on your oven).
Remove and let cool on a rack, so that the air circulates well and the bottom of the cookie does not fall apart.
